While the Air Jordan 1 Low Elevate is unlikely to ever equal the model’s original trim in popularity, the silhouette has swiftly gained a following because of its heritage style and fashion-forward sensibility.
The women’s-only offering recently debuted in a white, off-white, and “Team Red” ensemble evocative of previous Nike Dunk offerings. The next retro includes its most eye-catching tone along the toe, over the tongue, and across the heel, just like some of Peter Moore’s most acclaimed compositions. Despite the modest color scheme, the enlarged, platform (elevated) midsole underfoot undoubtedly steals the show. Purists will undoubtedly dismiss the shoes, but it won’t stop the stylish throng from purchasing them.
